Note: Capital Fx will not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information from our files.

Capital Fx does not retain, in any form, customer credit card information.

5. Not Providing Personal Information

You have the option to provide all or part of the required personal information. However, missing information may result in our inability to open or maintain your account and/or provide you with our services.

6. Opting Out

If you choose to have your name and personal data removed from our database, you can do so by sending an email to support@capitalfxweb.com, but please note that missing information may result in our inability to open or maintain your account and/or provide you with our services. Customer data is retained for 7 (seven) years after they cease to be customers.

7. Amendments

Any amendment to our privacy policy affecting the personal information of users collected on our website will be notified to users within a reasonable time via email. Users will have the option to choose whether we use their information in a different manner. Any modifications made by us that do not affect personal information will be posted on our website.
