Trading Benefits – General Terms and Conditions

1. The Company may offer its new and existing Clients trading benefits (hereinafter referred to as the “Trading Benefit”).
2. The Trading Benefit will be added to the respective client’s trading account and is subject to the following General Terms and Conditions of Trading Benefits.
3. To participate and receive a Trading Benefit, the client must have already accepted the terms and conditions of the services provided by the Company.
4. The Client agrees that any Trading Benefit granted to them will be provided under the following conditions:
5. Trading Benefits can only be provided once the following conditions are cumulatively met:
6. Trading Benefits can only be granted once per client and per trading account during the promotional period.
7. Trading Benefits are available to clients who have verified their account and have been approved by the compliance department.

iii. Clients may request only one promotional offer during the promotional period.

1. The Company, at its sole discretion, will determine whether a client’s deposit and trading activity qualify to retain a Trading Benefit.
2. Trading Benefits are non-transferable.
3. The Client acknowledges that there are different types of Trading Benefits, some of which are available for withdrawal and others which may be withdrawn under certain conditions.
4. In the event that the Client makes a withdrawal, the Trading Benefit will be adjusted or deducted from the Client’s trading account. The amount to be deducted will depend on the withdrawal amount and the Client’s available withdrawable equity at the time of withdrawal.
5. Under no circumstances will a total refund to a Client exceed the amount of the initial deposit.
6. In addition to the above, certain additional terms may apply to each Trading Benefit, which will be notified to the Client accordingly.
7. The Company reserves the right to modify any of the additional terms for each Trading Benefit at any time. Following such change, and in the event the Client does not wish to continue using the Trading Benefit, they must contact Customer Support.
8. It is recommended to always read the General Terms and Conditions of Trading Benefits and any additional terms for the specific Trading Benefit before accepting to receive it.
9. In the event that a Client does not act in good faith and the main activity of the trading account is not trading but rather seeking the Trading Benefit, the Company reserves the right to reverse the transactions and close the Client’s trading account.
10. The Company reserves the right to remove a Trading Benefit from a Client’s trading account in the event of inactivity, suspension, or termination, as provided in the Client Trading Agreement.
11. All terms of these General Terms and Conditions of Trading Benefits are essential.

Beneficios de Trading – Términos y Condiciones Generales

1. La Empresa podrá ofrecer a sus clientes nuevos y existentes beneficios de trading (en adelante, el “Beneficio de Trading”).
   
   
2. El Beneficio de Trading será acreditado a la cuenta de trading correspondiente del cliente y estará sujeto a los presentes Términos y Condiciones Generales de los Beneficios de Trading.
   
   
3. Para participar y recibir un Beneficio de Trading, el cliente deberá haber aceptado previamente los términos y condiciones de los servicios proporcionados por la Empresa.
   
   
4. El Cliente acepta que cualquier Beneficio de Trading que le sea otorgado estará sujeto a las siguientes condiciones:
   
   a. Los Beneficios de Trading solo podrán otorgarse una vez que se cumplan de manera conjunta las siguientes condiciones:
   
   i. Los Beneficios de Trading solo podrán concederse una vez por cliente y por cuenta de trading durante el período promocional.
   ii. Los Beneficios de Trading estarán disponibles únicamente para clientes que hayan verificado su cuenta y cuenten con la aprobación del departamento de cumplimiento.
   iii. Los clientes solo podrán solicitar una oferta promocional durante el período promocional.
   iv. La Empresa, a su entera discreción, determinará si el depósito y la actividad de trading del cliente califican para conservar el Beneficio de Trading.
   v. Los Beneficios de Trading no son transferibles.
   
   
5. El Cliente reconoce que existen distintos tipos de Beneficios de Trading, algunos de los cuales pueden ser retirables y otros que solo podrán retirarse bajo ciertas condiciones.
   
   
6. En caso de que el Cliente realice un retiro, el Beneficio de Trading será ajustado o deducido de la cuenta de trading del Cliente. El monto a deducir dependerá del importe del retiro y del capital disponible para retiro del Cliente al momento de efectuarlo.
   
   
7. Bajo ninguna circunstancia el reembolso total a un Cliente podrá exceder el monto del depósito inicial.
   
   
8. Adicionalmente a lo anterior, podrán aplicar términos adicionales específicos para cada Beneficio de Trading, los cuales serán debidamente notificados al Cliente.
   
   
9. La Empresa se reserva el derecho de modificar en cualquier momento cualquiera de los términos adicionales aplicables a cada Beneficio de Trading. En caso de que el Cliente no desee continuar utilizando el Beneficio de Trading tras dichas modificaciones, deberá contactar al área de Atención al Cliente.
   
   
10. Se recomienda leer detenidamente los presentes Términos y Condiciones Generales de los Beneficios de Trading, así como cualquier término adicional aplicable al Beneficio de Trading específico, antes de aceptarlo.
    
    
11. En caso de que un Cliente no actúe de buena fe y la actividad principal de la cuenta de trading no sea la operación de trading, sino la obtención del Beneficio de Trading, la Empresa se reserva el derecho de revertir las transacciones y cerrar la cuenta de trading del Cliente.
    
    
12. La Empresa se reserva el derecho de retirar el Beneficio de Trading de la cuenta del Cliente en caso de inactividad, suspensión o terminación, conforme a lo establecido en el Contrato de Trading del Cliente.
    
    
13. Todos los términos establecidos en los presentes Términos y Condiciones Generales de los Beneficios de Trading son esenciales.
